Our aim is to create a lifestyle brand that will stand on it’s own merits and give folks a confident way to show their love for Mother Nature and her offerings, particularly for Utah! Along with showing support for locally made, eco-conscience, value based products that align with some of their own beliefs.
why we do what we do:
-We use American Apparel for all our garment needs. They have a vertically integrated business model where they manufacture, knit, dye, cut, sew, market and distribute their products from one warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. They keep jobs in the U.S., keep their carbon footprint to a minimum and stand for some damn worthy causes. All this made the decision very easy, but an equally large factor was the quality, style and fit of their garments that we viewed just as important.
-We use water based inks on our garments, which gives us the soft, classic feel that we demand. It also allows us to keep the impact on our surrounding environment to virtually nothing. No chemicals, no plastic gloves, just some water and a bit of human labor.
-We ship via United States Postal Service for one simple reason; they are already using energy and fuel to deliver mail and goods to any address, so we want to utilize this infrastructure to minimize our footprint and impact on our environment.
-The garments are produced as ordered on a single station, homemade printing press made from revived and renewable sources. This allows us to intently manage the quality of our product and minimize waste produced from mass production.
-Because of all these factors no garment is perfect but be assured you will receive a quality garment that you can enjoy for a long time. We are continually improving our process and our product, as such each garment will be unique and original!
